Anbon Bio-reactor is consist of two series connected reactors. The main tower removes the most nitrate from the wastewater with fast growing bacteria, while the secondary reactor further removes the remaining nitrates with slow growing bacterial. The A/O system set after Anbon Bio-reactor provides an advanced treatment and ensures the discharge reach the standards. 
Anbon denitrification biology technology relies on Anbon bio-reactors and granular denitrification bacteria. The concentration of granular bacteria is as high as 30~40 g-SS/L. The system’s volume load during lab experiments reaches 70kg-N/(m3·d), while industrial volume load reaches 10kg-N/(m3·d). The nitrate removal rate reaches 90%.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

該工藝具有以下特點:

(1)裝置容積效能高,最高容積負荷達到70 kg-N/(m3·d),是傳統(tǒng)反(fǎn)硝化工藝(0.5 kg-N/(m3·d))的上百倍(bèi),總氮去除率高達98%;

(2)耐濃度衝擊負荷(hé)高,最高進(jìn)水硝氮(dàn)濃度可達2000 mg-N/L,約為傳統反硝化工藝(≦300 mg-N/L)的(de)七倍;

(3)容積效能高,可大幅縮小反應器體積(jī),減少占地麵積,工程投資(zī)小;

(4)運行費用低,利用自身產氣進行自攪拌,免用傳統反硝化所需的攪拌(bàn)機/推流(liú)器;

(5)經濟性能優良,菌體以(yǐ)顆粒汙泥形態(tài)存在,可大大強化泥(ní)水分離效果(guǒ),削減工(gōng)程設備。
